Education: Bachelors Degree in Spanish and History and a Masters Degree in Educational Supervision from Texas A&I University (now Texas A&M University at Kingsville, Texas).
He completed the coursework towards an Education Doctoral Degree at University of Houston in Curriculum and Instruction.
Awarded an Honorary Doctors Degree of Human Letters from St. Albert’s College & Graduate School which is accredited by UNESCO.
Experience: Mr. Gonzalez taught four years at the high school level and over thirty years at the university level. He worked as a Professor of Secondary Education at Pan American University/UT-Brownsville for over 24 years. He has vast experience in the area of teacher training, instructor, program developer for multinational programs, director of financial aid which included veterans, director of field experience, director of student teaching, director of teacher center, director of upward bound, and director of alternative certification programs. He has worked in international teacher training and teacher recruitment and has had well over 30 years experience in American and international transcript analysis and evaluation. He has made presentations and trainings at universities in Texas, Mexico and Philippines.
