Master of Science Degree in Clinical Psychology from Saint Monica University – The American International University

Experience:

Previously worked in various capacities in public schools and university.  Mrs. Garza has over 16 years experience working with foreign education including foreign credential evaluations, international recruitment and staff management. She worked in a Texas Alternative Teacher Certification Program and has made presentations at agencies in Texas and Mexico.  Mrs. Garza works very closely with state and government agencies, universities, colleges, institutions and foreign countries.  She is constantly researching foreign grading systems and is in constant contact with Ministries of Education and foreign governments in order to provide the most up-to-date information on foreign credential evaluations.
