Education: Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from De La Salle University in the Philippines.

Experience: She has held various positions in personnel recruitment, placement and staff management.  She brings to WECS her two decades of foreign transcript analysis in conjunction with the recruitment and placement of foreign trained health care and teaching professionals.  She has extensive knowledge of state mandated regulations and federal policies that are key to the evaluation process and determination of appropriate certification routes.
